Our purpose
To empower industrial enterprises with energy independence, so power is no longer a fluctuating cost, but a controlled, engineered advantage.
Founded in Nashik in 2015, Polaris has grown into a team of engineers and analysts operating across India and Morocco, one point of accountability from feasibility to year 25.
In 2015 we asked a question few in India's energy sector were willing to confront: why should industrial growth come at the cost of unpredictable power bills? Energy costs were spiralling, grid reliability was eroding, and businesses were making multi-crore capital decisions without a coherent framework for their power infrastructure.
We saw this not as an inevitability but as an engineering problem waiting to be solved. Polaris was founded to deliver that solution, not as a commodity installer, but as an energy-engineering firm that understands the physics of solar generation as fluently as the financial logic of a CFO's spreadsheet.
A decade later, that has grown into 650+ commissioned projects, 100+ MW of installed capacity, and cumulative turnover exceeding €17.5 million (₹187.76 crore), with operations in India and, since 2025, Morocco as Polaris Global Energie SARL.
Polaris Renewable Solutions is founded in Nashik, Maharashtra, entering the renewable energy sector to build market awareness.
Secured the first 200 W residential project and a 200 kW industrial project for Seven Hills Beverages (Bisleri).
Reached 1 MW of total installations.
Crossed a cumulative 7 MW of installations across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
Scaled to 20 MW of projects with a team of over 40 people.
Expanded into Morocco as Polaris Global Energie SARL, initiating 3.10 MW of projects.
Total projects crossed 100+ MW, adding 25 MW in the first half of the year alone.
To empower industrial enterprises with energy independence, so power is no longer a fluctuating cost, but a controlled, engineered advantage.
To transform industrial energy volatility into a controlled financial asset through precision engineering, multi-asset structuring and long-term performance management.
To be the global benchmark for industrial energy engineering, defining how enterprises control, optimise and monetise their power infrastructure.
Energy as an asset. A roof is underutilised real estate. By combining Tier-1 engineering with financial modelling, we change the structure of a balance sheet, not just a utility bill.
Qualified electrical and structural engineers, not sales staff with datasheets. Every system is backed by simulation, load analysis and performance modelling.
We are not tied to any single equipment brand. Tier-1 technology is specified on optimal fit for your project, not on margin considerations.
650+ projects executed for industry leaders including Bisleri, Reliance, Samsonite, Indian Oil and Parle, an unmatched record in our C&I scale band.
One of the few solar EPC firms globally to integrate depreciation analysis, IRR, EBITDA impact and tax optimisation as a core project deliverable.
A single point of accountability from feasibility to year 25 of operation, eliminating the industry problem of 'orphaned' solar systems.
Deep project experience across India, aligned with European engineering standards through our Morocco operations, Polaris Global Energie SARL.
